No returns of any kind will be

be shipped to Spring Creek Pottery via Fed Ex Ground, either via direct FedEx pickup or Fed Ex Ground at a FedEx Kinkos. We are not responsible for excessive shipping charges from third party pack and shipping stores. Items
must be returned with the original carton, original shipping labels,
packing list and packing material, in order to receive a full refund.

Items returned for any reason other than damage will be credited the
cost of the item ONLY and will incur a 25% restocking fee. We must be contacted about exchanges or returns within 5 days of receipt of the items.

Bauer 2000 Pottery
A note about
Bauer
2000 Pottery:
Bauer 2000 is low fire pottery and this is why the colors are so
vibrant. Low firing also makes this pottery susceptible to damage, including: Chipping and Crazing. The
Bauer factory washes all of their pottery (at the factory and in their
homes) in the dishwasher and uses most pieces in the microwave.
HOWEVER, they admit
that, over time, wear and tear will appear on the
pottery, as would be the case with any dishes. WE SUGGEST hand washing
red, orange or burgundy pieces and we DO
NOT use ANY of the pieces in the
microwave EVER. We have heard
from several customers that if the dishes
are even slightly touching in the dishwasher they chip. So please be
sure if you choose to wash them in the dishwasher they are

Bauer Pottery
Handmade pottery is not "perfect"
pottery. Slight color variations, glaze runs, bumps and factory
flaws are to be expected and are not considered "damage", or grounds
for return. They are in fact what gives "handmade" pottery its
charm and makes it different from production pottery. Vintage
items with factory flaws are considered "mint" because the flaw was
there at
the time of manufacture.
